We stayed the week of March, 2020. The condo is everything you see in the pictures and even better in person! The decor is up to date and inviting. The communication was excellent with everyone. The view is amazing. The condo is well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was the best we've ever had on St. John. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Unit and Location

Lavender Hill is a very short walk to Cruz Bay restaurants and shops. Unit was very well appointed and furnished. I would definitely stay here again, everything was very nice and location was great. Sunrises and sunsets on the balcony were a real treat.

Great Location on Perfect Island!

Lovely property which is ideally located with short walk to town and restaurants. Ample parking for rental car as we went to explore different beaches on the island everyday. Pool and grounds surrounding are very pretty. It was our first trip back to St. John since the hurricanes. St. John is still a jewel of an island and still my favorite island in the world. Nothing compares to the beaches a and water! There's still work to be done at Cinnamon Bay for facilities. It's a shame to see Caneel Bay beaches sit empty. Jared was very accommodating in providing some extra beach towels when asked. Would stay here again and can't wait to return. Thank you!!

Wonderful Vacation

Lavender hill is a beautiful place to stay on St. John. The amenities were great and it's walking distance to all of the bars & restaurants in town. We will definitely stay here again, thanks Jared!

Great Place to Stay Close to Town

We loved our stay at Lavender Hill! Jared's condo is very clean, comfortable, and has a great location. The balcony overlooking Cruz Bay has a beautiful view and was wonderful to sit on with coffee and breakfast. We loved being so close to town and being able to walk there without having to worry about parking. Very sad to leave -- we definitely would stay there again!

Great Location

We stayed at Lavender Hill with two children and two adults. The two bedrooms worked perfectly and the location made for a convenient 6-7 minute walk to most restaurants. We rented a Jeep from St John rentals, a 5 minute walk from Lavender Hill, to transport the kids to and from the beaches. Most beaches were calm and shallow which was great for the kids. We will definitely come back again.
